Beth's Sweet Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 (17 ounce) cans Taylors sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 7 green onions, minced fine
- 6 sweet gherkins, minced fine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Drain sweet potatoes. Mash the sweet potatoes. Mix everything else together and put together well with the mashed sweet potatoes. Refrigerate for a couple of hrs.
