Best Bleu Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup + 2 tbs buttermilk
• 2 large cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp dry mustard
• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 2 tbs fresh lemon juice*
• 4 oz grated bleu cheese**
• White or white wine vinegar may be substituted
• You can partially freeze the wedge of cheese and grate -OR- crumble it and process it in a Ninja or other powerful food processor
