Berries On A Cloud Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. strawberries, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. icing sugar
- 1 Tbsp. each brandy and orange Liqueur (optional)
- 6 slc angel food or possibly sponge cake
- 2 c. Cold Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
Directions
- COMBINE strawberries, sugar, brandy and liqueur.
- TOAST cake slices under broiler till lightly browned.
- PLACE cake slices on individual serving plates. Top each with strawberries and whipped topping.
