Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. of beef tips, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. fresh mushrooms, rinsed
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked & liquid removed
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Brown beef tips in vegetable oil, till cooked through. Add in onion soup mix, mushroom soup, fresh mushrooms and wine. Simmer on low heat for several hrs. Serve over egg noodles.
  2. Note: The longer the beef tips simmer, the more tender they will be.
