Bbq Oysters With Oriental Bbq Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 x Oysters cleaned, popped open
- 2 c. Ketchup
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
- 1 bn Scallions grilled
Directions
- Place oysters in shells on grill. Mix next 8 ingredients in a bowl. After 3 to 4 min, remove top shells of oysters and spoon on sauce. Let cook one minute. Garnish with grilled scallions.
