Basic Meat Sauce With Frozen Cherries Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 quart. fresh frzn tart cherries, defrosted
- 1 c. water
- 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- Red food coloring, as needed
Directions
- 1. Drain cherries, reserve juice. 2. Combine cornstarch and water; stir cornstarch mix into cherry juice. Cook till thick and clear. 3. Add in cherries, vinegar, and red food coloring.
