Baked Stuffed Yams With Chipped Beef Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Dry beef, minced
- 1/4 c. Warm lowfat milk
- 4 x Louisiana yams, baked
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Combine dry beef and lowfat milk in mixing bowl. Cut yams in half lengthwise and scoop out centers. Combine yams, beef-lowfat milk mix, onion, and butter. Beat till light and fluffy. Fill yam shells with mix. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 20 min.
