  • 12 lb shankless skinless smoked-cured ham Whole cloves for studding ham
  • 1 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Score top of ham into diamonds and stud center of each diamond with a clove. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan and bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
  3. In a bowl combine the sugar, mustard and vinegar and spread glaze proportionately over ham. Bake for another 35 min.
  4. Transfer ham to a platter and let stand 15 min before carving.
  5. This recipe yields 12 servings with leftovers.
