• 1/2 tsp. cumin
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• 1/4 tsp. onion salt
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
• 3 tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
• 2 tbsp. chopped green onion
• 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or Pepper Jack)
• Small corn or flour tortillas
• Kosher salt
