  • 1 tsp Brown sugar (Substitute agave nectar for healthier version)
  • Cinnamon

  2. 1. Preheat your oven to 350
  3. 2. Cut out the core creating a hollow whole in the middle
  4. 3. Mix 1tsp of brown sugar and as much cinnamon as desired in the cavity of the apple
  5. 4. Place on oven-safe dish or pan and bake for 30 minutes
  6. 5. Let cool and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream with another sprinkle of cinnamon on top. (Substitute a mixture of truvia and 0% greek yogurt for a healthier option than the ice cream)
