Ingredients

  • 4 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. canola oil Mix and let stand for 8 hrs.
  • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp almond extract raisins and/or possibly nuts, if you like

Directions

  1. (I always used raw almonds, minced finely in food processor)
  2. Bake in moderately warm oven (350 degrees) for 14 to 17 min. Cold in pan before removing.
