Directions

  1. Put water in large eggs and beat. Add in sugar, then add in to melted chocolate. Cook till thickened, about 5 min, no longer. Let cool. Beat 6 egg whites till stiff. Add in the cooled chocolate, slowly folding in.Place lady fingers, split in half, around sides of 9 inch springform pan then cover the bottom of pan next. Stand the side ones up straight. Add in a little chocolate to cover the lady fingers on the bottom. Alternate lady fingers with pudding mix. End with chocolate. Top with 1 pint heavy whipped cream.
