Aunt Audrey's Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 sm onion grated
- 2 c. prepared bread stuffing or possibly quick oatmeal
- 1 x beaten egg
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients well with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine last 4 ingredients. Mix and top meatloaf with this catsup mix. Bake at 350F degrees for 1 hour.
