Applesauce Oat Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. oat bran
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 c. raisins
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together. 1/2 c. apple juice concentrate 2 egg whites 2 T vegetable oil 14 ounce unsweetened applesauceMix with dry ingredients till moistened. Pour into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees about 15 min.
