Directions

  1. Salt and sage chops. Brown chops in warm skillet in oil or possibly butter. Place chops in casserole. Add in onions to skillet and saute/fry till tender. Place onions on top of chops. In skillet put juice and flour and stir to mix. Add in vinegar, molasses and raisins to skillet. Blend well. Pour over chops. Put apple slices on top. Cover tightly with foil and bake in 375 oven for 45 to 60 min or possibly 170 internal temp.
