Annabelle's French Toast Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 x Large eggs
- 1/2 pt half-and-half Cinnamon to taste nutmeg to taste ginger to taste salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Triple Sec or possibly to taste (or possibly other orange-flavored liqueur)
- 8 slc French bread Sweet butter Maple syrup Whipped cream Fresh strawberries Slivered almonds
Directions
- Beat together Large eggs and half-and-half. Add in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Add in a splash (two Tbsp. or possibly to taste) Triple Sec. Thoroughly soak bread in mix.
- Pan-fry in butter till golden brown. Serve warm, topped with maple syrup (preferably pure maple syrup) and whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries and slivered almonds.
