  • 1 pkt Lipton beefy-onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 tsp beef bouillon
  • 3 x potatoes - (to 4) cubed
  • 4 x carrots sliced
  • 1 x celery stalk sliced
  • 1 can whole tomatoes with their juice
  • 1 x garlic clove crushed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with about
  • 1/4 c. cool water

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on LOW heat for 8 to 10 hrs. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add in 2 Tbsp. of cornstarch mixed with water. Turn heat to HIGH and stir till thickened.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
