Beef and Mushroom PuffsThis recipe serves 4 - I used the bottom right portion of the cut out 'P' to create the stop of the exclamation point. Alternatively, if you don't want to do letter shapes, you can roll the pastry out into 4 equal rectangles instead! Lightly cover the puffs with foil after adding the filling - this will stop it from drying out… |
