Turkey Or Chicken Crunch Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 c. diced cooked turkey or possibly chicken (3 chicken breasts)
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
- 1 tbsp. onion
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken or possibly mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- Chow mein noodles
Directions
- Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup and mayonnaise together and toss with meat. Pour into 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min till mix is bubbly.
