Directions

  1. Sauté the ground chicken with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and black pepper; set the chicken aside.
  2. Cook the bacon and lay it on paper towels; set the bacon aside.
  3. Gently, sauté the red onion with the basil and a drizzle of olive oil; set this aside.
  4. Mix the onion and basil with the ground chicken. Drizzle fresh lemon juice, a drizzle of honey, a little vinegar and dashes of ground cumin over the mixture and toss.
  5. Heat the tortilla wraps.
  6. To build the Wrap:
  7. Brush the wrap with desired amount of mayonnaise.
  8. Place the shredded lettuce on the wrap.
  9. Add the ground chicken with basil and onion.
  10. Top this with the bacon and sweet pickles.
  11. Add the blue cheese and fold.
