Directions

  1. Soften gelatin in cool water and dissolve over warm water. Add in all ingredients and mix lightly (fish should be in large chunks). Pour into oiled mold and chill. Unmold and garnish with sliced hard boiled Large eggs, sliced cucumbers and lemons.
  2. I make this on summer days when I want something light and cold for supper!
