Summer Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 2-3 medium tomatoes
- 1 each yellow, red and green bell peppers
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 2 c. zesty Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Peel and thinly slice cucumbers, dice remaining ingredients. Combine all ingredients with salad dressing. Refrigerateand serve.
