Macaroni And Cheese Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. cubed cucumber
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. oil and vinegar
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions
- Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner according to package instructions. Add in next 6 ingredients. Blend remaining ingredients and toss into macaroni mix. Refrigerate. Serves 6-8.
