  • 2 pound hash browns or possibly potatoes O'Brien
  • 1 onion (if using hash browns)
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. corn flakes

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the corn flakes. Mix well, then place in a casserole dish. Place corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees till potatoes are done.
