Hamburg Mushroom Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lg. can mushrooms
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 sm. jar pimientos
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 c. cooked med. egg noodles
- Stove Top stuffing
- 1 T butter
Directions
- Brown grnd beef and onion. Mix together with remaining ingredients.
- Crumb topping mix on casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
