Golden Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Flat beer or possibly white wine
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Mustard, dry
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Egg, beaten Chunked French bread
Directions
- Sprinkle flour onto cheese and toss Place liquor, worcestershire saucw, mustard and butter over medium heat and heat till bubbles form. Add in cheese, a handful at a time, stirring so which it melts before adding more. When mix is thick, add in a little cheese to beaten egg and then add in egg to cheese Serve with bread.
