Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Flat beer or possibly white wine
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard, dry
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Egg, beaten Chunked French bread

Directions

  1. Sprinkle flour onto cheese and toss Place liquor, worcestershire saucw, mustard and butter over medium heat and heat till bubbles form. Add in cheese, a handful at a time, stirring so which it melts before adding more. When mix is thick, add in a little cheese to beaten egg and then add in egg to cheese Serve with bread.
