Directions

  1. Grease well and flour 13 x 9 x 2" pan; set aside. Beat Large eggs slightly in large mixing bowl; add in oil, apple juice and vanilla. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into batter till smooth. Add in apples and nuts; stir till thoroughly blended. Pour into prepared pan.
  2. Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min or possibly till cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan or possibly on wire rack. Serve sprinkled with confectioners' sugar or possibly with dollops of whipped topping.
