Apple Harvest Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Apple butter
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Canola oil
- 1/2 tsp Hazelnut extract or possibly almond extract
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1/3 c. Dry cranberries
Directions
- Place ingredients into bread machine in the proper order for your machine.
- Bake on white bread cycle with light crust. At beeper, add in the dry cranberries.
