Apple Cinnamon Streusel Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x 9" pie crust
- 2 lb McIntosh apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Walnuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 10 Tbsp. Chilled butter, cut into small pcs
Directions
- Thaw crust if frzn in pan. If using refrigerated crust, soften and place in pie plate. Spread apples in crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. sugar. Dot with 3 Tbls butter. Sprinkle with 1 tsp cinnamon. For topping, mix flour, sugar, walnuts and cinnamon. Cut in butter till moist clumps form. Sprinkle topping over filling. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Cover crust edges with foil if browning too much.
