6 Week Raisin Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) box (4 c.) Raisin Bran cereal
- 5 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 3 1/2 boxes raisins
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- Nut meats, if you like
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well. Bake in greased or possibly paper-lined muffin tins for 12-15 min on 400 degrees. This batter can be stored in a covered bowl for 6-7 weeks in refrigerator. Bake as you need them. Makes 5-6 dozen muffins.
