The boys couldn’t stop talking about a certain White Castle. I didn’t pay enough attention thinking that they were talking about a bar. I guess it made me think of that because of our version of White Castle – the one being endorsed by a sexy girl wearing a skimpy outfit while riding a white horse. Nyaha! I later on found out that they were referring to a fast food chain made famous by their unique burgers. If the name rings a bell, it is the same White Castle that Harold and Kumar craved for resulting in their misadventures. :)
We purely relied on our GPS which led us to the nearest White Castle one Friday afternoon after work. I didn’t research about what they offer so everything came to me as a surprise.

%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20purely%20relied%20on%20our%20GPS%20which%20led%20us%20to%20the%20nearest%20White%20Castle%20one%20Friday%20afternoon%20after%20work.%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20research%20about%20what%20they%20offer%20so%20everything%20came%20to%20me%20as%20a%20surprise.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20is%20probably%20the%20cheapest%20burger%20meal%20I%20have%20ever%20eaten%20in%20the%20US.%20I%20think%20I%20only%20paid%20USD2.99%20(or%203.99)%20for%20the%20three-piece%20burger%20which%20comes%20with%20fries%20and%20soda.%20Being%20the%20cheapest,%20it%20is%20also%20the%20smallest%20burger%20I've%20seen%20as%20the%20bun%20reminded%20me%20of%20the%20size%20of%20our%20local%20pandesal.%20Its%20packaging%20is%20also%20out%20of%20the%20ordinary%20as%20their%20burgers%20are%20placed%20in%20boxes%20and%20not%20the%20usual%20which%20are%20wrapped%20in%20paper%20or%20foil.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20chose%20and%20shared%20different%20kinds%20of%20burgers%20from%20their%20menu.%20I%20personally%20liked%20the%20Jalape%C3%B1o%20cheeseburger%20because%20of%20its%20slight%20spiciness.%20I%20enjoyed%20the%20simplicity%20of%20White%20Castle%E2%80%99s%20burgers.%20It%20wasn't%20hard%20and%20messy%20to%20eat%20as%20there%20were%20no%20juices%20flowing%20through%20my%20hands.%20It%20only%20took%20me%203%20or%204%20bites%20to%20finish%20a%20single%20burger.%20Their%20fries%20are%20also%20served%20hot%20and%20crispy%20which%20went%20well%20with%20the%20burgers.%20Again,%20it%20does%20not%20come%20in%20the%20usual%20shape%20of%20ordinary%20fries.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20didn%E2%80%99t%20take%20us%20long%20to%20finish%20our%20meal%20given%20the%20size%20of%20the%20food.%20We%20actually%20spent%20more%20time%20sharing%20stories%20and%20playing%20with%20the%20boxes.%20We%20dared%20Lloyd%20to%20beat%20the%20record%20of%20an%20office%20mate%20who%20can%20stack%2010%20boxes%20without%20breaking%20any.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E7%20boxes%20with%20a%20few%20torn%20on%20the%20side%20-%20not%20bad%20for%20a%20first%20timer!%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20opinions%20expressed%20here%20are%20my%20own.%20Just%20because%20something%20worked%20for%20me%20does%20not%20necessarily%20mean%20that%20it%20will%20work%20for%20you%20too,%20the%20same%20way%20that%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20post%20selfies%20just%20because%20everybody%20else%20is%20doing%20it.%20Everything%20on%20this%20blog,%20unless%20otherwise%20stated,%20belongs%20to%20me.%20Plagiarism%20is%20stealing.%20And%20the%20Bible%20made%20it%20clear%20that%20thou%20shalt%20not%20steal.%20=)%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
