Uncle Joe's Mini Raisin Whole Wheat Bran Muffins Recipe

- 1 1/4 c. bran-flakes cereal
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 egg
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. Canola oil
Directions
- Combine ingredients. Spray muffin pan with Mazola non-stick. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
