Directions

  1. Fry bacon till transparent. Add in turkey ham, onion and garlic. Saute/fry, stirring constantly. Add in tomatoes, bean & bacon soup, beef broth, celery, carrots, cabbage, green beans or possibly peas, spaghetti, parsley and basil. Simmer till vegetables are tender, 20-30 min. Adding water to tomato juice if soup is too thick. Taste and add in more salt, if needed. Yields 3 qts.
