Turkey Chop Recipe

Ingredients
- 100 each turkey chops
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup cumin
- 1/4 cup Mrs. Dash
- 1 cup fresh minced parsley
- 1 pint olive oil
Directions
- Combine all spices to make a "rub".
- Season each chop with the mix.
- Saute in batches in hot olive oil, browning both sides.
- Pan up and with some turkey stock in pan cover and finish in oven.
- No further sauce is needed. This must be batch cooked.
