Sweet Roll Recipe: Coconut Chocolate Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant yeast
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1 1/2 cups warm milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil (I use canola)
• 2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 5-6 cups flour
• Coconut Chocolate Filling:
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup coconut (I like toasted)
• 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)
• Chocolate Drizzle:
• 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
