Sweet Hot Strawberry Bbq Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh strawberries hulled, sliced
- 1/3 c. strawberry preserves
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce regular type
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- Â Â (fresh only, don't use bottled)
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grated lemon zest
- 1 x scallion with up to 1" of green top chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender and puree till smooth.
- This sauce works well on foul, fish, pork, and beef.
