Ingredients

- ½ cup brown rice syrup (I use Lundberg’s Organic “Sweet Dreams Brown Rice Syrup”)
- 1/3 cup cane sugar, or coconut palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pure almond extract
- Dry Ingredients:
- 2-½ cups whole wheat pastry flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
