Super Lime Jello Mold Recipe
Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 6 ounce Lime jello
- 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 can Canned lowfat milk
- 1 c. Small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c. Crushed pineapple (juice to 8 1/2 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts, optional
- 1 tsp Horseradish (or possibly more)
Directions
- 1. Dissolve jello in 1 c. boiling water. Add in pineapple & lemon juice.Partly chill.
- 2. Add in remaining ingredients & fold into jello. Chill. (May all be combine at once with no problems)
