• 2 cups blueberries, divided
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/8 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
• Topping:
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
• 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
