  • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup diced fresh rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 TBS. all purpose flour
  • 3 TBS. cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • In large glass measuring cup, whisk together the egg and buttermilk
