Ingredients

  • Recipe from The Great Pepper Cookbook, page 47
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 fresh manzano chile pepper, stem and seeds removed, chopped (we substituted crushed red pepper - about 1/4 tsp, adjust to your taste)
  • We also added about 1/4 cup vanilla flavored unsweetened almond milk
