%20But,%20I%20am%20sure%20all%20three%20dishes%20would%20taste%20great%20with%20onion%20and%20or%20garlic%20added.%20Indeed,%20I%20have%20in%20my%20notes%20that%20I%20was%20planning%20on%20adding%20garlic%20to%20at%20least%20the%20veggie%20saut%C3%A9%E2%80%A6.%20Maybe%20next%20time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote%20to%20those%20Wary%20of%20Cabbage:%20%20I%20have%20served%20both%20red%20and%20green%20cabbage%20a%20lot%20this%20past%20winter%20and%20spring%20with%20Steve%20and%20I%20discovering,%20to%20our%20surprise,%20how%20much%20we%20REALLY%20like%20cabbage%20and%20leading%20Steve%20to%20comment:%20%E2%80%9CCabbage%20really%20gets%20a%20bum%20rap%E2%80%A6%E2%80%9D%20%20Needless%20to%20say,%20cabbage,%20with%20or%20without%20a%20complimentary%20vegetable,%20is%20superb%20when%20combined%20with%20butter%20and%20coriander!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnother%20Note:%20%20I%20just%20realized%20that%20this%20meal%20was%20based%20on%20fall%20vegetables%20and%20flavors%20but%20worked%20just%20fine%20on%20a%20hot%20summer%20night.%20%20Perhaps%20the%20chili%20powder%20brought%20it%20all%20together%20in%20a%20way%20that%20smoothed%20over%20that%20juxtaposition.%20%20Although,%20now%20we%20know%20what%20veggies%20to%20use%20on%20that%20first%20day%20warm%20enough%20for%20grilling%20but%20before%20the%20summer%20veggies%20are%20in.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20again,%20I%20forget%20to%20take%20a%20picture%20of%20the%20plated%20meal.%20Here%20are%20the%20leftovers.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
