Ingredients

  • 6 x Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 can (28 ounce) of Bush's Baked Beans
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Uncooked rice
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine chili pwdr and garlic salt, sprinkle over chicken. In skillet, brown chicken in warm oil. Combine chicken and remaining ingredients in lightly greased 3-qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 400F for 45 min or possibly till rice is cooked.
  2. Makes 6 servings.
