Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins - (6 to 8) cut 1/2" pcs
  • 1 can diced tomatoes - (15 ounce)
  • 1 can chicken and rice, or possibly chicken
  •     and wild rice soup undiluted
  • 1/2 c. minced vegetables
  •     (or possibly 1 to 2 tbspns dry vegetable flakes)
  • 1 c. frzn corn
  • 1 can minced green chiles - (4 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. converted rice
  • 1 sm onion minced
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 dsh oregano
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
