Sausage and Spinach Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

• 10 ounces frozen spinach-thawed, rinsed and drained
• 1 pound Italian sausage
• 1 pound of your favorite pasta-we used penne
• 1/2 cup onion-chopped
• 2 cans diced tomatoes
• 1 small can tomato sauce
• 1 garlic clove-minced
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 8 ounces of mozzarella-shredded
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese-shredded
