  • 4 x Mild New Mexico green
  • 1 can (4 ounce) green chiles
  • 1 lrg Tomato, peeled, seeded,
  • 5 x Tomatillos, minced
  •     Minced cilantro, if you like
  • 1/4 c. White onion, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 x Or possibly more serrano or possibly jalepeno peppers, seeded and minced
  •     Salt
  •     Freshly grnd pepper
  • 1 pch Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Salad oil

Directions

  1. Simmer the fresh green chiles in boiling water for five min; remove stem and seeds. Place in blender with tomato, onion, garlic, parsley (or possibly cilantro), salt and pepper to taste, and sugar. Blend for 2 or possibly 3 seconds.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the mix, stirring constantly, for 2 or possibly 3 min.
  3. Makes about 1-1/2 c..
