S’mores Ice Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- For the Graham Cracker Pie Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups Annie's Honey Graham Cracker crumbs (about 10 full sheet graham crackers)
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- For the Ice Cream Pie:
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup chopped chocolate bars
- 1/2 cup chopped Annie's Honey Graham Crackers
- Toasted Marshmallow Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20I%20toasted%20mini%20marshmallows%20in%20the%20oven.%20Be%20careful%20with%20this%20step,%20the%20mallows%20will%20toast%20up%20really%20quickly.%20Don%E2%80%99t%20walk%20away%20from%20the%20oven%20or%20you%20might%20end%20up%20with%20black%20marshmallows%20and%20a%20fire!%20We%20don%E2%80%99t%20want%20that!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20the%20marshmallows%20are%20toasted%20and%20cooled,%20stir%20them%20into%20softened%20vanilla%20ice%20cream%20with%20chocolate%20bar%20chunks%20and%20graham%20cracker%20pieces.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20ice%20cream%20mixture%20into%20the%20cooled%20graham%20cracker%20crust%20and%20freeze%20the%20pie!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20you%20are%20ready%20to%20serve%20the%20pie,%20top%20with%20additional%20mini%20marshmallows%20and%20use%20a%20culinary%20torch%20to%20toast%20the%20mallow%20on%20top!%20Again,%20be%20careful%20with%20this%20step,%20just%20toast%20the%20marshmallows%20lightly!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECut%20the%20S%E2%80%99mores%20Ice%20Cream%20Pie%20into%20slices%20and%20enjoy!%20You%20can%20sit%20by%20a%20campfire%20and%20sing%20Kumbaya%20if%20you%20want%20or%20you%20can%20eat%20the%20pie%20inside.%20It%20is%20a%20good%20outdoor%20or%20indoor%20dessert!%20And%20the%20best%20part?%20It%20can%20be%20made%20in%20advance!%20If%20I%20was%20serving%20the%20pie%20to%20guests,%20I%20would%20probably%20wait%20to%20add%20the%20marshmallows%20on%20top%20until%20right%20before%20serving,%20BUT%20I%20kept%20our%20pie%20in%20the%20freezer%20for%20a%20week%20and%20it%20was%20just%20fine!%20The%20marshmallows%20didn%E2%80%99t%20get%20funky%20at%20all!%20I%20had%20a%20piece%20every%20day%20for%20a%20week,%20I%20was%20just%20doing%20some%20quality%20control%20testing.%20Sometimes%20my%20job%20is%20tough:)%20I%20promise%20you%20it%20will%20be%20good%20for%20a%20week%20in%20the%20freezer!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAre%20you%20ready%20for%20a%20piece%20of%20S%E2%80%99mores%20Ice%20Cream%20Pie?%20I%20scream,%20you%20scream,%20we%20ALL%20scream%20for%20S%E2%80%99mores%20Ice%20Cream%20Pie!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20July%20is%20National%20Ice%20Cream%20Month%20and%20Sunday,%20July%2019th,%20is%20National%20Ice%20Cream%20Day%20so%20it%20is%20time%20to%20get%20our%20ice%20cream%20on!%20Make%20this%20S%E2%80%99mores%20Ice%20Cream%20Pie%20to%20celebrate.%20And%20I%20think%20you%20can%20have%20two%20pieces%20of%20pie%20on%20Sunday,%20since%20it%20is%20ice%20cream%20month%20AND%20day!%20You%20HAVE%20to%20celebrate%20twice:)%20Enjoy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ES'mores%20Ice%20Cream%20Pie%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYield:%20Serves%208%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrep%20Time:%2015%20minutes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECook%20Time:%2010%20minutes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETotal%20Time:%203%20hours%2025%20minutes-includes%20freezing%20time%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20easy%20S'mores%20Ice%20Cream%20Pie%20is%20a%20must%20make%20for%20summertime!%20It%20has%20all%20of%20your%20s'mores%20favorites,%20but%20in%20an%20ice%20cream%20pie!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Preheat%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees%20F.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20In%20a%20medium%20bowl,%20combine%20graham%20cracker%20crumbs,%20melted%20butter,%20and%20sugar.%20Mix%20until%20combined.%20Press%20the%20mixture%20into%20a%209-inch%20pie%20pan.%20Make%20sure%20the%20crust%20goes%20up%20the%20sides%20of%20the%20pie%20pan.%20I%20like%20to%20use%20the%20bottom%20of%20a%20measuring%20cup%20to%20press%20the%20mixture%20into%20the%20pan.%20Bake%20the%20pie%20crust%20for%208-10%20minutes.%20Remove%20from%20oven%20and%20let%20the%20crust%20cool%20completely%20on%20a%20wire%20cooling%20rack.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20While%20the%20crust%20is%20cooling,%20place%20the%203/4%20cup%20of%20mini%20marshmallows%20on%20a%20baking%20sheet%20that%20has%20been%20lined%20with%20a%20Silpat%20baking%20mat.%20Turn%20the%20oven%20on%20broil.%20Place%20the%20pan%20under%20the%20broiler%20and%20broil%20for%202%20minutes%20or%20until%20the%20marshmallows%20are%20slightly%20toasted.%20Make%20sure%20you%20watch%20the%20marshmallows%20closely,%20it%20won't%20take%20them%20long%20to%20toast.%20Remove%20marshmallows%20from%20oven%20and%20let%20cool.%20When%20cool,%20carefully%20remove%20the%20marshmallows.%20They%20will%20be%20sticky,%20but%20should%20peel%20back%20from%20the%20Silpat.%20You%20can%20use%20a%20spatula%20or%20your%20hands.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20In%20a%20large%20bowl,%20combine%20the%20softened%20vanilla%20ice%20cream,%20chopped%20chocolate,%20chopped%20graham%20crackers,%20toasted%20mini%20marshmallows.%20Stir%20until%20well%20combined.%20Pour%20ice%20cream%20into%20graham%20cracker%20pie%20crust.%20Smooth%20with%20a%20spatula.%20Freeze%20the%20pie%20for%203%20hours%20or%20until%20the%20pie%20is%20completely%20solid.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20When%20ready%20to%20serve,%20top%20the%20S'mores%20Ice%20Cream%20pie%20with%20the%20remaining%20mini%20marshmallows.%20Use%20a%20culinary%20or%20chef's%20torch%20to%20toast%20the%20tops%20of%20the%20marshmallows.%20Do%20this%20carefully.%20The%20marshmallows%20will%20toast%20quickly.%20You%20want%
