Ingredients

  • 1 pkt slaw mix
  • 1 pkt ramen noodles, any flavor, uncooked, broken up a little
  • 5 x green onions
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/3 x to 1/2 c. red wine vinegar (I use the lesser amount)
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  •     Seasoning packet from noodles
  •     black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix and pour over salad mix. You can also cook and cube 4 chicken breasts to make a complete meal.
