"Potato Party Appetizers" Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. stiff mashed potatoes
- 2 c. ham minced fine
- 1/2 c. (4 ounce.) Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1 x beaten egg
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3Â 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together except cornflakes. Roll in 1 inch balls.
- Roll in the crushed cornflakes. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- Makes 8 dozen.
- Or possibly you can make these in larger patties, roll in cornflakes and bake till lightly browned.
- Makes a good meal with a salad.
